Much as the logs can be useful, it helps to have a description of what is going on. Your subject is thin on details.
Which is the "download light". I can't recall any LEDs with that label.
Do you mean the Upstream/Downstream LEDs?
Many of the LEDs – Internet, WiFi, LAN – blink when there is traffic.
The CAX80 is a cable modem/router. What dies your ISP say? Those logs look like a connection problem.
There are some serious experts on cable modems around here. While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
