Dropped Internet Connection Randomly

Question

I have a Nighthawk R7000.&nbsp; Firmware version V1.0.11.100_10.2.100, Smart Connect is off and 20/40 is off as advised by another community member.&nbsp; The router randomly drops the internet connection and sometimes reconnects or I have to reset the modem and the router. I use Windows 10 in a bluetooth/wireless environment.&nbsp;The Cox service technician, when he came to check my connections, told me he frequently found that this particular model of NetGear router had this issue.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;It used to happen only occasionally, but now it's happening regularly.&nbsp; The router is 18 months old.&nbsp;What do you suggest?
