Dual Slotted HDD Bay only one HDD detected
I have a Dual Slot HDD Bay for my C7000 but the ReadyShare feature is only picking up one of the drives installed. Both drives work, tested thoroughly on a direct connection to my computer.
I messed with the settings a bit but to no avail, is there something I'm missing, or is the C7000 incapable of picking both up?

What is the model of the current HDD bay are you using and does you have another HDD enclosure you can try?
