Email not syncing when connected to wifi.
My email will not sync when I'm connected to my netgear wifi router. When I turn off wifi on my device, email syncs. Email syncs when connected to other wifi connections.

What's the model number and version of your NETGEAR router?
What kind of email is this? Do you have your own email server behind the router?
Where is the email configured? Is it on a laptop, mobile, tablet or desktop computer?
Kindly give us more details on what kind of email service do you have.
- Model C6300.. DOCSIS 3.0 AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem The email is my companies email that I have set up on my Samsung Galaxy S6 using Airwatch Hopefully this was the info that you needed. I appreciate your help. It gets annoying having to turn off my wifi to get my emails while I'm at home.
I have a similar issue with my S6 (android version 6.0.1) and I have a netgear WNDR4500v2 as my main DHCP server and 2 additional setup as access points. the native S6 email app is not syncing when my wifi is on even if mobile data is on. The issue extends now to Google Play that will not even load the app graphics or download apps and I had issues with teh Facebook app as well not loading so I switched to a link to the web version but still have issues with embedded videos not playing. All works fine when wifi is turned off. to be clear, when on Facebook website, the newsfeed loads fine with my wifi, but videos won't play.
just checked and play movies and youtube don't play either via my home wifi
I even went to the Verizon store and connected to their wifi and with and without mobile data on and all was fine.
Very frustrating since all 5 apple devices in my home work great with no issues.
Somebody has to have this issue. To my knowledge, playstore worked before android 6.0.1 was pushed by Verizon
And yes, I have uninstalled an re-installed what I can as well as deleting App data and caches as well as system cache.
Any thoughts?
We are aware of issues with Glaxay S6 and S7 phone having issues connecting to android services using wifi on the C6300 our engineers are working to fix this
I will check to see if we have these issues with any other of our routers but are you using a C6300 as your modem?
