Error codes and Interment connectivity issues

Hi All - I have issues with my connection dropping multiple times a day. Currently, I have my CM1200 modem connected to the Linksys Velop wifi system and a switch connected to the router for additional ethernet ports. I am pretty inexperienced with networking solutions and would appreciate help in identifying where my issue is. 

 

To start, I get the below codes on my CM1200: Any idea on how to clear them?

    Pictures need to be approved by a moderator. it can take a while. 

    Click on "choose file" when replying and attache it. 

    Also include your cable connections page from the modem.
