are you hardwired into the modem or router?
Make sure your testing from the modem to ensure the slowdown isn't the router.
do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page? Take one and post it back here.
Your logs indicate a line issue but the cable connections page helps.
If you have any splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators in the coax line, remove them.
