Ethernet Ports not working

I have a C7000v2.  Ethernet Port 1 is always green even if nothing is plugged into it.  I never show any device that's plugged into any of the ports under 'Wired' in 'Attached Devices' even with many...

with call cables disconnected, press the reset button for 15 seconds then release?

    Why would this fix a green light on port 1 that stays on even when no cable is in the port?

      Resets are known to be troubleshooting step. If this fails, you'll need to contact NG support to see what your options are.
