I’ve tried uploading a file but it doesn’t let me, I just keep getting error messages. But I don’t think I pay for the good internet speeds. Hook a laptop/desktop up to the modem/router and do a speedtest at the dslreports.org website. Reason this is important is if you're paying for 100mbps and only getting 20mbps, then either its provisioned wrong or there's an issue with the line. And my gaming devices (Xbox) are wired, as in plug into the wall and into my T.V, but if your talking about wired as in Ethernet, no it is not wired. yes, wired as in ethernet connection. not as in power. You can upload screens snips. I do it all the time. maybe try a different browser.
You can have your parents log into the xfinity account or chat online with an xfinity rep to see what speeds you're paying for.
Then get the speed testing.
Also, with gaming/streaming, make sure you're connected to the 5ghz signal. the 2.4ghz has much lower throughput.

Do you have a screen snip of your modem's connection page? it shows the connection back to the isp.
What speeds do you pay for?
What speeds do you get?
are your gaming machines wireless or hardwired?
