Aug 22, 2018Factory reset C3700-100NAS won't accept Spectrum account settings
I recently purchased and factory reset a C3700-100NAS wifi modem/router. Upon calling Spectrum to set up the device I was told the modem/wifi router wasn't accepting my account details they tried sending to it. Is there something I'm missing? Spectrum is telling me they show on their end the device is connected and running otherwise. I am not sure what else I could be missing.

What do the LEDs on the thing look like?
- Retired_MemberWhen set up and standinging upright,all LEDs are green except the top one and bottom two. Spectrum seems to be saying there should be an install button available when I go into Netgear genie but no button is there.
- imaginedragonz_Aspirantmy c3700 router/modem is not working correctly with spectrum and connecting me to unsecured http:// sites frequently and will not let me update it. just got it a bit ago and it has some dumb vulnerability that screws it up after using it a bit all this new stuff started happening they changed twc app to spectrum and messed all up. now its worthless and no receipt. crappy can't fix vulnerability or nothing.
