I do not have any user manual.. just what is online. I changed the security setting to WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES] and that did not work. I changed to WPA2-PSK [AES] and that did not work.
The setting avaiable are:
Wireless Network (2.4GHz b/g/n)
Enable SSID Broadcast
Channel: Auto Current : 1
Mode: Up to 600 Mbps
Security Options:
None
WPA2-PSK [AES]
WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES]
WPA/WPA2 Enterprise
Any ideas? the thermostat says to use ports 1883, 8883(MQTT), and 443(TLS Default). Where do I change that?

Does the thermostate connect if you temporarily disable any WPA on the C7000? Try NONE. Test to see if the thermostat connects. Then setp WPA2 and AES only.
You can configure port forwarding under Advanced Port Forwarding I believe. Review the online user manual for the C7000.
