Fast Tx rate, slow speed

I am paying for 600mbps but only getting roughly 200mbps to my macbook and playstation via wifi AND LAN. There's very little  differance hardwired or wireless, it's still around 200mbps. Xfinity came out and tested the speed from the router hardwired to his machine and it showed 623mbps. I hardwired my apple tv and did a speed test, it came back 580mbps. For whatever reason, my apple tv is the only device getting the 600mbps speed. I've had signal reset from xfinity multiple times, I've unplugged power cable in back many times, I've reset from teh router login page many times. Any ideas how I can fix this? my Tx rate is great on macbook.

ENVIRONMENT: I have 7 wifi nest cameras hooked up ( doesn't draw much) and my devices I'm trying to wifi are less than 20 feet away.
