What I see with my CM3000:
Hmmm strange.
What firmware are you running in the CM3000?
What is your ISP?
If I try to access port 8080 on the modem, the connection just times out.
Nothing in the user manual about a spectrum analyzer...

OK, that must be it then. I'm on Comcast/Xfinity and running firmware version: 5.01.02. What puzzles me is that my old Motorola MB8600 had a working spectrum analyzer, same ISP...
To access the spectrum analyzer, do you have to use port 8080 or is there a separate tab in the UI?
