Hmmm strange.
What firmware are you running in the CM3000?
What is your ISP?
If I try to access port 8080 on the modem, the connection just times out.
Nothing in the user manual about a spectrum analyzer...

To access the spectrum analyzer, do you have to use port 8080 or is there a separate tab in the UI?

8080 worked for me. Possible that ISP maybe limiting. I remember my CM2000 had same feature thru the port.
