Firmware for Netgear C3700

 I am sorry if I am posting in the wrong section, I am having an issue with firmware for my modem/Router combo. My current version of my router is V1.01.11 but I see that the most recent firmware version is V2.02.21 listed for my ISP to be pushed down. My ISP does not push down firmware upgrades as they are non-compliant with anything I call about because I own my own router instead of renting one from them. Is there anywhere I can get a manual download for the most recent firmware or am I just stuck with this version since my ISP has ZERO interest in assisting?
