Firmware update C7800 — Nighthawk X4S AC3200 WiFi Cable Modem Router
It’s been 15 hours and the firmware is still being updated. I called Netgear and said this is typical? Seems like it may be corrupted?

Thank you for confirming.
When I select the wifi name, it says “Firmware is updating. Please don’t power off and wait upgrading to be be complete”
When I called Comcast four separate times, they wouldn’t update the firmware.

Logging in through the web browser?
Netgear genie?
the netgear app?
What exactly is saying it?
Did you try rebooting?
