Firmware update to NETGEAR Model C7100V
My NETGEAR router goes dead between the hours of 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM daily EST. XFanity (SP?).
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

ISPs are responsible for FW updates for C series modems. Users can not update FW.
