firmware update V10.01.07
I have a CM1000V2, upgraded to firmware V10.01.07 via my IPS. Now I can't access the modem GUI via wifi on any browser, any device. Was directed to use Ethernet between PC and modem. This worked, but...
Take the RBR50 out of the mix and just connect 1 wired PC to the modem.
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch. Press the reset button for 10 seconds then release.
If this still happens, contact that ISP about this.
