Frequent Disconnects
Recently I've been experiencing issues with my CM1000 modem. My service keeps disconnecting and having problems staying online. This problem came up around 4 months ago and has continued ever since. These disconnects happen usually around 5 PM - 10 PM. It has gotten to the point that every other day my internet would come down for around 5-10 min and then come back up again. This issue has had me frustrated to the point where I have no idea if it's my modem or Comcast. I'll post my logs to see if anyone has had this issue before. My current firmware is V6.01.02 and my hardware version is 2.02.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are not coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
