FRUSTRATED

My name is FRUSTRATED and I repeat FRUSTRATED......

I just installe a NightHawk R7000 and want to print (USB printers) from my Macs...2 MacBook Airs and an iMac. My two printers are not wireless. It appears that this company only supports PCs. I wish they would make that plain in the literature. I see that one can print from an iPad or iPhone but I seldom do that. Am I misunderstanding.....I have been going in circles for a couple of hours now trying to figure it out. It would be faster to repackage this product and return it to Amazon and get a router that does what I need. Their support is the community what a joke.

Trying to guess the nature of your complaint is no treat, either.

Firmware version?  Connected to what?  Is your Internet access ok?

    > [...] want to print (USB printers) from my Macs... [...]

       Ok.

    > [...] My two printers are not wireless. [...]

What are your "USB printers"/"My two printers"?  How did you connect
    them to the R7000?

    > [...] It appears that this company only supports PCs. [...]

This conclusion is based on what, exactly?

The non-psychics in your audience have no idea what you did, or what
happened when you did it, or what your understanding of anything might
be.  All of which makes it tough to make any specific suggestions.

    > [...] Their support is the community what a joke.

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for "Complimentary Support"?  Again, no idea what you did, or what
happened when you did it.  An "I'm unhappy" rant is not a useful problem

    report.
