Galaxy A50s cannot see modem Nighthawk C7000v2
My Galaxy A50s, international version, cannot see the router. Never had any problem connecting with other phones. Thanks
Are you trying to connect to the 2.4ghz or the 5ghz?
Any special characters in the ssid?
are you on channel 1-6-11 for the 2.4ghz?

No other devices are having issues seeing the c7000?
Can your phone see other networks?
- No problem with other phones, devices etc o can see other networks but not as many as I could on other phomes
Usually when everything works other than 1 device, its the device that's the issue and not the router.
You stated it can't see either network? (2.4ghz or 5ghz)
Can it see any other networks?
have you checked the region setting on the phone? if its an international phone, maybe it needs its region setting changed on the phone to match the router.
