Gateway Ping Failure

Am trying to connect Netgear N300 C333 modem/router to Samsung Blu-ray Disc Player BD-P4600 for streaming netflix.  All seems to work except network test results in a Gateway Ping Failure.

 

Any ideas on settings to correct this failure?

      Have you tried to manually enter the ip and DNS settings into the bluray player? Hope to hear your feedback

        I have done that without success.  We chose to use Reko3 for connections so have quit messing with the Netgear/Blueray connection.
