IF your devices are connecting to the modem fine and also you can access the modems web page using a PC or laptop and web browser fine, then this is a genie app issue.
I think it’s a genie app issue then. How do I get assistance with the app issue so I can get the genie app to connect to my nighthawk router WiFi?
