Genie reset issues

I got his Router amost a year and ahalf ago, but because of upgrading my internet it no longer works with my provider. So i wanted to wipe it clean and send it to my inlaws who need a new one. the problem is i can't log in to the browser router log in page to reset all that info. http://www.routerlogin.net or http://www.routerlogin.com. even though i have it hooked in through my new router/modem and are able to use the internet perfectly fine. I don;t want ot give my inlaws my info and passwords that i had set up. Is there a way to reset it without having to use the brower? i can use the genie app on both my phone and my Mac just fine.
