Yes C7000 is what I meant. I'm getting 245 mbps on wifi. I have not checked it hard wired yet.
Hardwired speed is good to know and compare.
WIreless, if different, need to know some info, like device and network adapter, which band, and if a dual band device, are both bands the same speed?
- I'm getting the same speed as I did before I upgraded to the Comcast 1gig speed. Around 240 mbps.

I would double check with your ISP that they upgraded you account correctly sometimes when they do a upgrade they assign the speed to a different modem that is not yours and leave your modem on the account with the same speed.

- I checked my account online and it stated that it was changed to the 1gig plan. But when I called they said that the modem that I have cannot produce speeds up to 1gig?
