Getting non-stop packet loss and dipping speeds..

Iv been getting 30%-100% packet loss for about 3 days now and speeds are 40-90 down and 0.2- 2.2 up.. I pay for 100/10 with Cox. Just wanted to see if anyone was able to spot errors that i cant. I ne...
