Hardware warranty support help needed
I purchased this modem on 12-11-2024 from Amazon. It stopped working 3-10-25 at 10:45pm. We have had Netgear modems for the past decade without issues. They have last 3-5 years each. The modem was setup AND it it was 100% functional until last Monday night then it stopped working completely it just died. I tried unplugging it and letting it sit and ZERO lights show up when it gets plugged in. I just registered the product today (my daughter wash the hospital so it pushed my contacting Netgear for help to 91 days past the day I ordered it from Amazon although the day I received it was 89 days ago) so there is no way for me to contact support for help. Does anyone know how I can get help without purchasing additional support which isn’t needed? I already purchased a new modem and this will just be a backup now.
