Have to pay OUT OF POCKET to return a DEFECTIVE ITEM!

As the subject states: I have to pay money out of pocket for a unit that has been found DEFECTIVE. Netgear, what are you DOING? I used to buy nothing and have always recommended nothing but Netgear products for any networking requirements. I have spent thousands on Netgear products over the past few years, such as my current RAX80 router. I am a Geek Squad Agent and I just cannot believe that Netgear would have you pay OUT OF POCKET to return a product that you bought and is STILL IN WARRANTY. I haven't even had my CM1200 for 3 months, and now that I need to return it to get another one, I have to pay even more money. This is rediculous. I will NEVER recommend another Netgear product to any of my clients. On a scale of 1-10, I am at a 1 for satisfaction.

This seems industry wide. As I have had to pay shipping costs to ship something back, even in warranty. Each mfr has there own policy and business practices. Been like this for years.
