Have to reset Modem more often now, due to WiFi not working.

I've had my Netgear CAX80 for almost a year now. I have never had any issues until recently. I have to reset my Modem almost every other day. My CAX80 will keep an Ethernet connection, but the Wi-Fi (both, 2G & 5G I'm not using the Wi-Fi 6) will drop out and ALL my Wi-Fi devices can't connect to it. When I try, it says, "Can't connect, no internet". Yet I can connect with a direct line with an ethernet cable. So, just the Wi-Fi is down, not my whole internet. My 2G channel is set for AUTO, while my 5G is set for 36, at the moment.

I have Xfinity and a direct line from the ground block (the barrel connection outside) directly to my modem. Which the total length is no more than 30 feet.

I have this from the Diagnostic Logs as of today, June 22, 2022 at 08:35am.

If its just wifi with issues, its not likely to be a line issue.

I know there's a beta firmware for 5g issues, maybe it'd help with yours.

You'd need to PM DarrenM to try the firmware though

Thought your power specs are with in the specs, there a bit low. Might ask the ISP to maybe bump up the power one or two notches if possible.

You also have some corrects. Though shouldn't cause problems, I'd get them all to zero which can be attained. Check coax line and ensure coax jacks are screwed in well and snug fitting.

That's just the thing. I worked at Comcast as a installation tech, so I ran the line myself. I put my own fittings on and ran the line inside my house. I've double checked every fitting and they are spot on, even changed 1 just because. Things have changed since I worked there, but the line I ran (shielded) is only 2 years old, if that. I've even tested the line out the window directly to ground block to modem.. I have a call into Comcast. I'll see what they have to say..

      Thanks!

Ok kewl. ya I found sometimes if the correct or un-correctables were seen with mine, I found one jack was not fitted correctly. All zero'd after re-fitting.

My ISP put an attenuator on mine as my power was too high. 😏
