Help needed - not private
My wi-fi is not private anymore. Not sure why. How do I retrieve password if Ive forgotten it?

If you still have access to the router go 192.168.0.1 in your web browser then it should prompt a box and use admin/password to log in then go to wireless settings and you can change the password. If you are locked out of the modem you will have to factory reset the modem by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then it will default to the wireless password on the bottom or back of the modem. Then you should be able to do the same step I listed earlier.
