Help needed on N300 Wifi Modem Router C3000 - Internet connection

All of a sudden, my internet stopped working. The device is displayed in all my wireless device and it is getting connected to my laptop, phone & tab. But, internet is not working. All the lights are glowing except the top one, which is a small button kind of. I tried calling COX and they said everything looks good from their side. They said I have to check with Netgear as there may be router issue. I did resetting, and basic troubleshooting, but none worked. Can some one help me please

    How are you trying to connect via wifi or Ethernet? and what operating system are you using?

  • Same thing happened to me! Netgear said I'd have to spend $79 to fix it
