Help needed please CM1200 slowdown

What speed do you get with a pc/laptop directly connected to the modem? 

Your results were indicating you were going through the router. And the router could be the issue and not the modem. 

Especially since you're speeds directly off the linksys were hitting full speeds. 

And you  power levels look good on the modem (you didn't include the logs)
