Hissing sound

This happen if you turn OFF the wifi radios?

Turning off the radios did eliminate the sound.
It also made it couldn't use wifi and had to reset my system. (I assumed my info would be saved and I could easily revert back to radios "on".

The wifi radios should be disabled or re-enabled by the front button press.
Id open a support ticket and see what NG can do for this...

Thank you for the reply. (as I slap my head) :smileyembarrassed:
So I got a case number.
Called to get the support ticket started.
"Laura" answered quickly, asked a few questions and said she would put me on "hold for 3-4 minutes" to see what could be done.
68 minutes later I was disconnected.
Sound about right for Netgear customer support?
