HOME PHONE

I have a modem V7610 which I want to connect a Panasonic digital SIP portable phone model KX TGP500 base and KX TPA50 handset. Telstra various call centres have tried but cannot assist. There is a normal dial tone but no outgoing or incoming calls. 

I believe this phone is NBN compatible. Any ideas please?

    I would contact the Mfr of the phone about this. This forum is for NG cable modems as gateways.
