Horrible customer support
Bought a new CM2000 modem in February, worked great for 3 months and died. Every light on the modem started a very rapid flash when powered on. If yours does this, its done, its a brick. Technic...
I'd make sure you're talking to actual customer support. many people google for a number and get scam sites.
To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support/rma process.
