Horrible Performance
already im off to a great start with zero customer support directly from netgear, im already looking at tp link before even seeing i can get this fix because they atleast have a place a customer can ask for help from the company! didnt know that was so hard. i have almost always used netgear routers/modems in my house but this newest one is just horrible my comcast router perfomed better. my house is hardly bigger than an apartment and its lucky if im not in the same room as the router i even get 10mpbs, my xfinity router had absolutey no problems with getting wifi though the whole house, i really would like to know if my product is defective or just plain terrible but from the zero support so far and seeing that netgear must not care about there customers enough to offer free support to people who spend 100+ on there products i can say this will be my last product from netgear.
