How do I configure WPN824 v3 to accept my I phone to view the Samsung security camera system?

I have purchased a new Samsung 10 camera system. I have a netgear Rangemax wireless router model WPN824 v3. I can not aaccess the router from outside my house and would like to check my home while at work &nbsp;or on trips using my laptop or i phone 7. The ports are all closed when i check them. How do I open the port to allow me access to the security camera system?
