How do I do a factory reset of N300 WiFi Cable Modem Router
My wifi is horrible and I'm trying to change the channel but I cannot login because the admin login and password are not working so now I need to do a factory reset but there is no factory reset butt...

It does have a reset button. There's a picture in the manual on page 101. Its on the bottom of the device. There's a little round hole versus the rest are rectangular. Push and hold it for 7-15 seconds while your device is powered on.

You may want to check with your ISP to make sure something didn't change on your account that is giving you a slower Internet speed.

Thanks! I should clarify that I did already speak with the ISP, they show nothing wrong on their end (and the wifi works with a cable). I also did a factory reset of the modem/router and still no improvement in wifi connectivity/speed.

The C3000 is a N300 devices. Its a 2.4ghz single band router. And 2.4ghz is slow and sensitive to interference.
You can optimize it a little by trying to use the lease congested channel and to centrally locate it. But getting 30-40mbps in many areas is about what you can expect from it.
If you'd like faster wireless speeds, you could upgrade to a dual band router and just use the C3000 in modem only mode.
