How do I get this stupid thing to work
Just bought Nighthawk CM1200 multi-gig speed cable modem. I’ve connected it to our internet cable and all lights are on. But it does not come up in my Wi-Fi settings. What am I doing wrong?

CM series modems are just modems only. No built in router or WiFi.
You'll need to contact your ISP to have them setup services to the modem first.
Then connect up a external wifi router to WAN port #1 of the modem.
