How do I upgrade the firmware on my CM600?
How would I go about getting the firmware upgraded on my CM600 modem?

the firmware 1.01.12 has been sent to my ISP (Mediacom) as of April 2017. I am currenly on 1.01.05 and my ISP has told me that they do not upgrade the firmware on customer owned devices.

This Kb shows the latest firmware and the upgrade is controlled by the ISP

That is my one of my issues. My ISP said that they do not send out firmware upgrades to customer owned devices. Is there any way that I can upgrde it myself?
No because of the docsis standard every company that makes a cable modem has to send there firmware to the ISP for them to approve it and then send it to there customers when they feel its ready.
