1. are you testing wifi over 2.4ghz or 5ghz? 2.4ghz is a much slower speed and that wifi speed is about what you expect over 2.4ghz. 5ghz is faster and should hit faster speeds.
2. what device are you testing wifi speeds on and what are you testing wired on?
3. have you checked your wired speeds to see if you're connecting at gigabit speeds or fast ethernet (10/100mbps)

Thank you for your response.
1. I tested with both 2.4 and 5ghz, as well as I tested with the ethernet cable. With 2.4 ghz I was getting less than 30 mbps, with 5ghz I’m getting less than 40 Mbps and with Ethernet cable, I’m getting 85 to 90 Mbps.
2. I tested from my laptop, using wifi and Ethernet cable both, I mean tested with wifi, then with cable. I also tested from tv where I installed a speed testing app, though I connected the tv with an Ethernet cable. I also tested from iPhone.
3. I connected with wire and took this screenshot.
Appreciate your help.

A couple things.
1. your ethernet connection is only showing 10/100mbps. Not gigabit. So not sure if your device doesn't support gigabit or if you have a sketchy ethernet cable (poor quality cables can cause it to drop from gigabit to 10/100mbps). so try a different cable or a device that supports gigabit
2. most tv's aren't gigabit because they don't need it. 4k streaming only takes 25-40mbps so most manufacturers don't include gigabit and just 10/100mbps because they don't need them. so your tv isn't trusted
3. your 2.4ghz seems about right for that device. 2.4ghz is a slow network and sensitive to interference.
4. your 5ghz seems a little slow. What device are you testing 5ghz on? have you tried changing what 5ghz channel you're broadcasting on?

I'll buy a new ethernet cable and test it again. Why 5g is slow? I tested from two computers, and iphone.
Thanks

Thanks
tough to know off limited info.
saying 2 computers and an iphone is like a mechanic asking what vehicle you have and saying its a car and a truck.
Details are key. What wireless cards are in the computers? What iphone is it?
Did you try changing wireless channels? Try the higher 149+ 5ghz channels
How far from the router are you testing? 5ghz speeds drop quickly and don't broadcast through much materials
