How to access CM1200 Hidden Debug Logs?
Some Netgear cable modems have more detailed debug logs that are accessible via some hidden web pages. I can't find those for the CM1200. I'm dealing with a WAN Aggreggation issue that slows my spe...

According to Netgear the issue is not officially in the "known issues" list. Which is why I have a case open escallated to Engineering.

You and everyone else in that forum post. Again it's known.
Maybe not known to some phone support personnel.
For now, you'll have to wait for NG and ISPs to solve this. Once is solved and NG/ISP deem it fixed and the new FW works with out issues during there testing, then ISPs will push it to the users modem and not before.
So for now, leave LAG disabled.
Good Luck.

FURRYe38 Does the CM1100 have the same issue? I can easily return the 1200 and just get the 1100. I don't need 4 ports (just 2).

I haven't seen anyone with this issue on the 1100. I have mine setup however I can't enable LAG as I have two separate networks off the modem with two different routers. However testing at one point for NG, LAG seem to work and I didn't see any slow downs, however I didn't have 1G at the time. So I can't confirm if the 1200 slowdown is present on the 1100. If you have an opportunity to get a 1100 with a good refund policy, might be worth trying it out. I like mine. Simiar model as 1200 just less the 2 ports which for most aren't needed.

Just replaced the 1200 with the 1100. Immediately after enabling LACP the speed went down from the low 900's to low 600's. Seems to be holding there though. I'll know tomorrow if it degrades. Just thought I would let you know.
