How to get Cox to push out C3700 firmware?
I understand that Cox has to push the firmware for this modem, but when I ask them to push it out they act like they don't know this modem exists. It is even listed on their website though!

I guess you have to keep calling them.
Yeah that's not viable. I have done that and they are clueless. The internal ISP contacts between Cox and Netgear need to get together and get this figured out.
