How to update C2660 Netgear router?

Question

How do I update the netgear C6220 router? It came out of the box came with firmware version 1.02.01. I need the latest firmware but when I followed the YouTube video and app on how to update, the update option does not exist. Is there a way to manually force update it maybe via USB? If so, where can I obtain the firmware files and what are the steps for the manual update? Thank you for your help!

C and CM series don't support user updated FW. Has to be done by the ISP:
