How to warranty without support contract
I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars on a NetGear mesh network.
My CM2000 just started going bananas, all lights flashing. Tried resetting it. Tried power cycling it. Don't know why it happened.
I have been all over the website trying to submit a claim. This is affecting my ability to work as I work from home and I am in dire need of a new modem.
How the heck can I submit a claim? I'm going to be really upset if I spent all this money and then it's just unable to be replaced.
It is under warranty until 2023.

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
