With philips hue, you connect the bridge to the router and the lights connect to the bridge.
So the goal is to get the bridge connected to the router.
You can access the router using the ip address of 192.168.100.1
But you really shouldn't need to.

I understand that, but my bridge won't connect. The internet light keeps blinking. No matter what I do or try, I can't get my Nighthawk C7000v2 modem to recognize it. đ©
I wanted to access my settings to see what the actual IP address is, so I can try to manually add it to the Hue Bridge setup.

Did you contact hue about it?

Yes, I tried the IP address. I also tried several other IP address that I saw while looking through my settings. None worked. I will contact Hue later tonight, but they will probably say contact Netgear. I've had that happen so many times where one company says it's the other's fault and vice versa. If I don't figure this out over the weekend, I'll end up returning it. I really wanted to control my lights with my Harry Potter Caster Wand. LOL
