I can't pinpoint it exactly but it seems to be most prevalent when I click on social media links. So when I click on a link that takes me to twitter, instagram and facebook, it happens a lot. The router seems to go out for about 10 seconds and then when I reload, it is fine.
When the internet kicks back in, it's weird because a lot of the webpages give me the page to load as if I was on a really slow dial up connection - it's almost as if it's serving me the site map.
I also noticed it when I clicked on a link that was in a gchat window. Maybe something about links that take me to more dynamic urls??

Might try a factory reset on the modem and setup from scratch.
Something you might want to contact NG support about.

Thanks - I bought this router used off of Ebay so note sure NG has a customer support option in that case?
I realized that the websites are loading wtithout a lot of the images. So that's what made it look like the 'sitemap' view.

This happens across all browsers that you have tried?
Hmm, used modem off ebay. Could already have a pre-condition with the modem
Factory reset the modem yet?
