I’ve got an R7800 X4s who won’t give us wired internet

Good day! I've got an odd issue and I hope y'all can be of some assistance!

we've had this router with no issue for over 3 years now, but just yesterday morning about 10am MST, it stopped giving an internet signal to wired devices. All WiFi devices were able to continue using the internet with no issue. We've power cycled the modem, the router and the modem and just the router and also all connected devices. I've also replaced the cable supplying internet from the modem to the router.

the windows computers connected by Ethernet show connection to the network, but no internet signal.

2 of us need wired internet for work in the morning, so this issue is ill-timed

Any suggestions or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!
