I am having the same issue with Cax30 purchased it Dec 2021
I am having the same issue with Cax30 purchased it Dec 2021 and went out middle of July. Called Customer service and did what they asked turns out to be faulty hardware. They send me out a replacement which happens to have the same issue as the one they are replacing. Been on the phone with them the last 3 days to find out where my second replacement is and all i hear its in the process of shipping. why does it take so long to ship out from a billion dollar company. then all i hear from them is we understand and we apologize which in turn i say that does not help my situation.
