I am maxing at 73mbps specturm says it is my modem and they had guy coem out and test it all out.

Your power levels are a little high on the download it should be between -7 to 7. Have you checked your cable modem logs do you see any T3 or T4 timeouts? if so it would be a line issue with the ISP either in your home or out in your neighborhood.
