I cannot connect. All Wi-Fi is down or blocked

I get the same error message.. wondering if it's my router.. I cannot connect. All Wi-Fi is down or blocked. I called the Netgear support teamAnd they are blaming my Internet carrier.. my Internet carrier is saying That I am connected and they are showing that I have Wi-Fi.. I'm at a losS Because I use my Wi-Fi for work

    What model product are you referring too? 


    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed with a wired PC and web browser?

    Details are key to helping. 

    1. what router do you have? 

    2. what modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    3. you put its down or blocked, what actual error do you see? Is the wifi broadcasting but you can't connect? Is it connecting but saying "connected, no internet"? Is the wifi not broadcasting at all? 

     

    Again, details are key. Since we aren't there we need clear concise info to help you. the more details you can give us on your setup, whats going on, what you've tried to do to fix it, etc help us to help you
